Everything was nice, had a very good stay for 5 nights at the end of a 3-month trip. the location was nice and cosy, convenient close enough to access to the buses with easy access to a mall.

Clean place, very good service, excellant and accommodating stuff. A great selection of fabulous food at breakfast time.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Location: the hotel was so close to Close to three hyper markets and bus stops to Phuket town and Patong beach. Our twin room was impressive with a super bathroom, good aircon plus nice touch with the coloured led lighting as advertised.

I had a memorable experience and would return anytime. Everything was perfect and the staff was courteous. - Good service was provided here. - Could use concierge service free of charge, that's nice. - the hotel was close enough to central festival and bus stops to Phuket town and Patong beach.

Considering the price, everything is OK.

The location in a particularly good area was convenient and absolutely perfect. There were shopping centres and a big shopping mall nearby. The room was a nice size and had all the facilities.

Hey, Me and my friend stayed in this hotel and it was one of the most friendly and comfortable hotels. The stuff is outstanding, the service was 150%. they helped us with all directions, ticketing ferries and taxies. We will recomend to everybody that are travelinf to Phuket to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I especially loved the colored LED lighting in the rooms, it added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all in good condition and the rooms were cleaned daily while we were out, just like we requested. The location is very convenient, with two big shopping malls nearby. I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast provided.

All was okay, but the sound insulation between rooms could be improved.

Conveniently located near the central festival mall and within walking distance of a bus stop for the airport shuttle. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. We enjoyed the great value for money and would definitely stay again. I would recommend this hotel.

Modern rooms, comfortable beds, excellent wifi and ac. Surprisingly nice bathroom for Thai standards. Great pool, attentive staff. Conveniently located near hypermarkets including Tesco and Western shops. Ideal for airport or island transfers.

Great location- easy access to public transport and nearby markets. The hotel interiors were clean and tidy, the staff was hospitable.

The soundproofing in the rooms was done very poorly. Everyone in the hallways sounded like they were standing right outside the door.

During our stay, we found that the hotel was extremely tidy, had a lovely pool area, and was located close to a variety of shopping centers. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
